We are happy to announce that our clients Patrick & Julie Ryan commenced construction in November of the 1,300 sqft addition we designed to their Bird Rock home. The Ryan’s wanted to maintain the integrity of their existing structure & create an appropriate & contemporary addition for their growing family.
